Besides, you don’t see people protesting the Hugo Boss clothing line, even though you know, they made the uniforms for the Nazi Party, which last time I check were considered the scum of humanity.

Having it on campus would create a few more jobs on campus for students and get some revenue going.

Course, that’s my two cents and I know I’ll get some flack for it, but I just wanted to put that out there.

Dear straight boy,

Chick fil a donated 2.1 million dollars to anti-LGBT organizations in 2009 alone, and has donated more since. These organizations promote hatred of queer people, and deny their right to exist.

And you think queer students at FSU should just chill because their chicken is good? And because a few more people can be underpaid by Aramark?

That line of reasoning demonstrates the lack of understanding or care associated with LGBTQ rights. You would rather have easy access to a chicken sandwich then see queer people treated with the same dignity and respect afforded to straight people.

And don’t tell me its nothing personal. Maybe its not personal for straight people, but it is for queer people. Our rights are treated as some novelty or spectacle to be debated, analyzed, and decided upon by people who have zero understanding of what its like. Try to have some empathy. I can’t get married, adopt children, or have job protection in all 50 states. And chick fil a funds the machine that perpetuates these facts.

Hope your waffle fries are worth it.
